- All meals daily: Breakfast, lunch and dinner:
The renowned kitchen staff at Stowel Lake prepare a seasonally inspired farm-to-table experience with every meal. Dishes feature the farm’s own fresh organic produce. In direct collaboration with community farmers, meals are prepared simply and beautifully and feature the flavourful vitality of fresh whole-food ingredients. Meals are served buffet style, and every meal includes dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan options. - The 5-day exploration
- A monthly 90-minute session (via Zoom) to continue our explorations — September through December 2023

A deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot. The deposit is non-refundable.
The remainder of the balance is due on or before April 21 2023.
A full refund (less the $500 deposit) will be issued for cancellations before April 21 2023. No refunds will be issued after April 21 2023.
If the exploration is cancelled at any time by Naku North or Stowel Lake Farm, a 100% refund (including the $500 deposit) will be issued.
We recommend purchasing a comprehensive international travel insurance policy (which includes both cancellation and delay insurance and health and medical insurance).
Concerning general health, Covid and other protocols, we will follow all current British Columbia Provincial Health Officer Orders in place at the time of the exploration. Note that the windows and doors of the communal space can be opened for airflow.
